Peterson AFB Building 2
This building used a Garland Green-Lock cold application built-up system, here shown in progress covering over the existing roof. This system is ideal for sensitive buildings such as schools and hospitals where a hot tar roof is impractical, as the system is low in odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Every penetration of the roofing membranes is another potential leak. On this lower roof, every suspension connection point needs the utmost care and attention. We installed pitch pans for every anchor to ensure watertightness.

The entirety of this roof is covered with Garland Pyramic coating for solar reflectance. Here, one of our workers is doing touch-up work to make sure the roof qualifies for LEED certification.

In addition to roofing, we can also install metal siding adjacent to the roofs we do. We installed the siding on both of these penthouses, as well as the standing seam metal roof on the lefthand slope.
